Your Kingdom Billiards Pool Table is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser. Improper Care
Please take care to treat your Kingdom Billiards Pool Table like the fine product it is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. Kingdom Billiards will not repair or replace parts if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your Kingdom Billiards table is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.

Accidents, Abuse, or Normal Wear and Tear
Defects judged by Kingdom Billiards to be the result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse (including burning, scratches, scuffs, or watermarks), neglect, or natural calamity are not covered under this warranty.

Billiard Cloth and Other Items
This warranty does not cover billiard cloth (installation or reinstallation), cushions, table pockets, playing accessories or table leveling.

In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, notification of the defect should be made through an authorized dealer whom the product was purchased. All warranty claims must be made through Kingdom Billiards or its Authorized Dealers or Agents.

Defective parts should be returned to Kingdom Billiards, freight prepaid. Kingdom Billiards will inspect the parts. If they are determined to be defective they will be repaired or replaced and returned, prepaid, by conventional surface freight. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner for any claims made more than one year from the date of original purchase.

Repairing or replacing defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. The warranty does not require the replacement of the entire table. As a matter of warranty policy, Kingdom Billiards will not refund the consumers purchase price.

Kingdom Billiards guarantees all supplied slate to be machined flat to within plus or minus 0.01inch over the playing surface. Provided the slate is properly installed, shimmed and maintained, the slate is guaranteed to stay flat. Kingdom Billiards reserves the right to repair minor faults, which are inherent in the slate.

If the billiard table is installed by anyone other than an authorized Kingdom Billiards dealer, or factory approved service agent, the obligation hereunder is voided.

This warranty is not transferable by the original owner. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited. Kingdom Billiards neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume from Kingdom Billiards any other obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
